NLS does not sell or release any private information of visitors to its site to any third party. However, NLS is required by some of its funding sources to provide information on the number of hits and page views of its website to the funding sources. No personal information of visitors is disclosed in this reporting.

Additionally, any email sent to anyone at NLS is not sent through a secure medium. Therefore, NLS recommends that you not send private or confidential information via email. NLS does not respond to an email that requests legal advice.

Any information that NLS collects in the forms on its website is for the use of NLS and is not disclosed to third parties unless the visitor is registering for a CLE seminar. As a CLE provider, NLS must provide attendees' names and PA Supreme Court ID numbers to the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board so that attendees can receive credit for the seminar.
