Strategic Plan

NLS’s Board of Directors, in partnership with staff and informed by community input, spent much of the last year developing a new Strategic Plan. NLS engaged Brocade Studio to lead NLS through a robust and collaborative rethinking of our goals, structure and systems to fortify our organization to meet the community demand for civil legal aid. The plan was approved by the Board of Directors on August 16, 2023 and will guide NLS forward through 2026.

The plan builds on the work accomplished over the decades by staff and longtime supporters while challenging us to foster innovation and develop the next generation of legal aid leaders. NLS’s 2023-2026 Strategic Plan is available here.
