A native of Pittsburgh, PA Ray earned a BS in Accounting from Robert Morris University. He started his accounting career working for Tri-State Trailer Sales. He then moved on to Neighborhood Legal Services where he has been since 1989. Ray met his wife Jean while she interned at NLS and they have two children. In his spare time, he likes to golf as much as possible.
