Katie is currently a Staff Attorney in the Pittsburgh Office, where she works in the Family Law practice area and focuses primarily on Protection from Abuse and Child Custody cases.

Katie has experience serving low-income individuals and their families. Katie joined NLS as a Staff Attorney in October 2023, previously working as a Certified Legal Intern with the NLS Family Law Unit during her time in law school. Katie also served as a Certified Legal Intern for the University of Pittsburgh's Elder Law Clinic, as well as a summer intern for the Honorable Judge Daniel Regan in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Family Division.

Katie received her Juris Doctorate at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2023 and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2023. Before law school, Katie graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2020, where she received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.

When Katie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as her family dog Gia.
