Denise McKeown is the Human Resource Manager for NLS.  She is deeply tenured in solving organizational challenges and change and serves as an integral leadership team member.  She executes the human resource protocols in all areas of the NLS program including talent acquisition, benefit administration, compensation, performance management, as well as, employee relations and development. She has over 25 years of human resource experience that includes private and public business organizations, educational institutions and the non-profit sector.

Denise has an M.S. degree in Educational Leadership from Duquesne University.
