Legal Resources for People With a Disability
NLS may help people with serious disabilities qualify for and keep Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and/or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits from the Social Security Administration. NLS also helps individuals who have underpayment or overpayment issues.
NLS received a special Disability Advocacy Project (DAP) Innovation Grant, which will increase the legal representation of children and age-18 redeterminations in social security disability cases.
