Pamela Dalton-Arlotti

Director of Program Performance and Compliance

Pam Dalton-Arlotti is currently the Director of Program Performance and Compliance at NLS responsible for overall compliance, monitoring, and enforcement of program contracts. She is a leader in ensuring that NLS and its staff provide high quality legal assistance to the community. She is a former staff attorney and Managing Attorney at NLS.

Prior to joining NLS in 1996, she worked as a staff attorney at Laurel Legal Services, which is now Summit Legal Services, and was the Executive Director of the North Central West Virginia Legal Aid Society. She also served as an adjunct lecturer at the  West Virginia University College of Law. She was a staff attorney with both the Appalachian Research and Defense Fund in Southern West Virginia and North Central West Virginia Legal Aid Society.

Education

Ms. Dalton-Arlotti earned her J.D. from the West Virginia University College of Law in 1983 where she was a member of the Marlyn E. Lugar Trial Association and selected as a member of the National Order of Barristers.   She obtained Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History from West Virginia University in 1980.

Bar Association Memberships/Admissions

She is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA) and a member of the Public Services Committee of the ACBA. She is admitted to the state bars of both Pennsylvania and West Virginia. She is also admitted to the Federal Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia.
