Luke Palmer is a Staff Attorney at the Beaver Office of Neighborhood Legal Services. He represents clients in Protection from Abuse and child custody cases. Prior to joining Neighborhood Legal Services in May 2022, he worked in private practice at a small firm in Hermitage, Pennsylvania.
In December 2017, Attorney Palmer graduated from Waynesburg University with Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Social Science, along with a minor in political science. Afterward, he attended the Case Western Reserve University School of Law and graduated with his J.D. in May 2021. While in law school, he was a Cox Center Fellow and an editor on the Canada-United States Law Journal.
Currently, he is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the Beaver County Bar Association.
Having been born and raised in Western Pennsylvania, Luke is excited to be back at home in Beaver County, a place which has played a fundamental role in making him the person that he is today. He intends to give back to the community by holding those who victimize others accountable and making it a happier, safer place one case at a time.
