Alex is currently a staff attorney at Neighborhood Legal Services. He focuses primarily on representing clients from Allegheny County Family Centers in a variety of legal matters ranging from housing, custody, and family law.
Before law school, Alex spent three years as a case manager for the Brashear Association, Inc., a community-based non-profit organization that provided a variety of assistance programs to families in Pittsburgh’s southern hilltop neighborhoods. Alex’s legal experiences throughout law school centered on housing, zoning, and environmental law. He also spent his third year of law school as a certified legal intern in the University of Pittsburgh School of Law Elder Law Clinic.
Alex received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2022. He received a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Film Studies, along with a certificate in Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies from the University of Pittsburgh in 2015.
