Allegheny County Driver's License Restoration Event

Last week, local news reported that 1,500 people are losing their licenses after a "breakdown" in Allegheny County court records department. If YOU received a suspension notice, you may want to file an appeal, challenging the suspension and preserving your driving privileges pending the outcome of the appeal. Please join us to learn from local attorneys, Mike Sullivan of Krolikowski Law and Melissa Evans of Neighborhood Legal Services, the steps you need to take to preserve your rights. If you qualify financially, NLS may be able to help you with the suspension appeal for free.

Criminal Records Clearing Pro Bono Project

(Virtual Seminar)

Join the ranks of attorney volunteers who help our neighbors remove barriers to employment, housing, education and professional licensure, thereby expanding their opportunities for stable lives. This continuing legal education program will explain eligibility criteria for clearing Pennsylvania criminal records through petitions for expungement and limited access (sealing). The program will address practical and procedural issues relating to preparing and filing petitions as a pro bono volunteer in Allegheny County through Neighborhood Legal Services and the Pittsburgh Pro Bono Partnership.
