Drivers' License Kickoff
"Lack of reliable transportation and, specifically, the lack of a valid driver's license is a significant barrier to employment," said Robert V. Racunas, NLSA Executive Director. "NLSA helps low‐income job seekers address certain employment related legal problems, including assisting individuals in exploring available options to restore their driving privileges. LIHEAP: Pennsylvania's Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program Opens on Nov. 1
The federally-funded Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, also known as LIHEAP, will accept applications for cash grants starting Nov. 1, acting announced Secretary of Public Welfare Michael Nardone .
