Full Service
Certain cases are eligible for full service representation at administrative hearings or court proceedings. If the case is one for which we provide full service, the intake unit will do an application and refer the case to the appropriate case handler. The case handler will then contact the client to determine if the case has merit for full service representation.
Clients may contact the NLSA office which serves their county or area to see if their case is eligible for full service representation.
